The mission of North of Center Therapy is to provide a compassionate, grounded, and personalized space where each person feels seen, supported, and understood. We believe therapy should honor the uniqueness of every individual, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone. Every person carries a different story, different experiences, and different needs — which means therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and grounded space where you can feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect, and begin healing in a way that feels meaningful for you. Through thoughtful, individualized care, my goal is to help clients reconnect with themselves, better understand their experiences, and move toward greater clarity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

The Therapist
Hi, I’m Natasha! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a supervision designation, and I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood.
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and my hope is that the experience feels grounding and approachable from the very beginning. My work is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that meaningful healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported in ways that honor their individual story.
Together, we look at the patterns, experiences, emotions, and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck, while also building on your strengths and capacity for growth. Some people come to therapy wanting practical tools and coping strategies, while others need deeper healing, insight, or space to process long-held pain.
My Experience
I earned my Master’s Degree in Counseling from The University of Akron and have 10+ years of experience working in behavioral health across both inpatient and outpatient settings. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating a variety of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I have experience supporting clients with trauma disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship challenges, and family stress, and I incorporate evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, parts work, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
Beyond the Therapy Room
Outside of the therapy room, you can usually find me spending time with my dogs, along with my niece and nephews, going to the gym, traveling, or slowing down with mindfulness. These parts of my life help keep me grounded and connected!
The Meaning Behind North of Center
The name North of Center reflects the heart of the therapeutic process — finding your way while gently coming back to yourself. North symbolizes direction, healing, growth, and the quiet inner pull toward what is next, even when life feels uncertain. Center represents your internal anchor — the grounded, authentic place within you that still exists beneath stress, pain, overwhelm, or disconnection. Together, North of Center speaks to the process of realignment: making sense of what has pulled you off course, reconnecting with your inner foundation, and moving forward in a way that feels more intentional, steady, and true.
