We recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card before your first session to confirm your specific copay, coinsurance, or deductible responsibilities.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards, HSA (Health Savings Account), and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) cards for copays and self-pay fees.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost before you receive services.
