About Me
I’m Natasha, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor Supervisor (LPCC-S) in Ohio and the founder of North of Center Therapy. I’m passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families feel more grounded, connected, and empowered. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and the healing power of the therapeutic relationship.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, relationship challenges, attachment concerns, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices while recognizing that therapy should reflect each person’s individual needs, experiences, and goals.
Whether you’re navigating a specific challenge, working through long-standing patterns, or simply feeling ready for change, my goal is to provide a supportive space where you can slow down, better understand your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move toward meaningful and lasting growth.

About North of Center Therapy
North of Center Therapy was created to provide compassionate, individualized mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
The practice offers a space to explore difficult experiences, understand patterns, strengthen relationships, build insight, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
Care is grounded in collaboration, respect, evidence-based practice, and the understanding that healing is not one-size-fits-all.
The Meaning Behind the Name
North of Center represents both direction and grounding.
North
Represents direction—the process of finding your way forward, especially during times when life feels uncertain, overwhelming, or disconnected.
Center
Represents the internal place you return to—your sense of self, values, stability, and what feels authentic to you.
Together, North of Center reflects the process of moving forward while remaining connected to yourself.
Ready to Take the Next Step?
Therapy doesn’t have to begin with having everything figured out. If you’re ready to explore what support might look like, I’d be glad to connect.
